Q1: Are all your items handmade?
Yes. Every piece in our collection — from porcelain figurines to alphabet ornaments — is hand-painted or handcrafted. This means no two items are exactly alike, making each one unique.
Q2: Will the item I receive look exactly like the photos online?
Each product is individually hand-painted, so minor variations in color and detail may occur. We see this not as a flaw but as the charm of true craftsmanship.

Q3: How can I place an order?
Simply select your item, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Our website accepts all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.
Q4: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, usually within 1–3 business days. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately at support@bestowryltd.shop. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make modifications.
